Description:
Pitsolutions
is hiring Customer support executive.
The customer support
executive will be responsible for researching universities, academic
institutions and healthcare organisations across the globe using online
databases, search engines and other internet sources. Will also be responsible
for identifying the associated contacts and roles of those who work at these
organisations, making phone calls to collect and confirm client specified
information, and enter those data accurately into a CRM.

Eligibility:
Excellent
English verbal communication skills.
Use LinkedIn and other
internet sources to identify contacts in priority segments
Experience making outbound
phone calls
Experience entering data in
different CRMs
Excellent Knowledge in MS
Office packages
Attention to detail and
strong organisational skills
Professional and polished
Previous experience of
working in scientific publishing sector.
